The goal of my puppy class is to teach you the training tools needed for clear communication and a great relationship with your canine family member using positive reinforcement training methods. These tools are illustrated and practiced through: -general obedience skills such as sit, down, stay -boundary (bed/mat) training -conditioning and co-operative care strategies so that the pup offers consent signals and loves nail trims and tooth brushing, vet visits and tick checks -tricks and body strengthening games -foundation skills for recalls and loose leash walking -puppy play. This is the easiest way for a pup to learn bite inhibition and canine manners and is also an opportunity for the humans to observe and learn about canine communication methods
